By placing products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can initially add our products to the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order.
The language available for contract conclusion is German. The contract text is not stored by us. You will receive an order confirmation by email.
All prices are final prices and include statutory VAT. In addition to the final prices, additional costs may apply depending on the shipping method, which will be displayed before submitting the order.
The applicable shipping costs will be displayed separately during the checkout process.
Delivery is made as a pre-order. The products will be shipped as soon as production is completed. You will receive an email notification as soon as your order is ready for shipment.
The delivery period is, unless otherwise stated, approximately 2-3 weeks after contract conclusion (Pre-orders will be shipped once production is completed).
Payment is made through the payment service provider Stripe. The following payment methods are available:
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such defects immediately to the carrier and contact us without delay.
The statutory warranty regulations apply. For consumers: The limitation period for warranty claims is 2 years for newly manufactured goods, 1 year for used goods.
For claims due to damages caused by us, our legal representatives, or vicarious agents, we are always liable without limitation in the event of injury to life, body, and health, in the event of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty.
The EU Commission has created an internet platform for the online resolution of disputes. The platform serves as a point of contact for the out-of-court settlement of disputes concerning contractual obligations arising from online purchase contracts. We are not willing and not obliged to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
